Millions of children around the world are waiting, hoping for loving families to come and rescue them from orphanages, foster care, abandonment and abusive homes. Unfortunately, however, each year only a few of these children are adopted into Bible-believing Christ-honoring homes.

The mission of SGT Adoption & Orphan Care Ministry, a ministry of Smithtown Gospel Tabernacle located in Smithtown, NY, is to provide Christ-centered support for families that have adopted, are in the process of adopting, or are considering adoption.

We desire to provide a forum where adoption issues can be openly discussed, and to offer practical resources, information, and workshops to increase awareness and understanding of the adoption process and experience from a Christian perspective.
